For cancellations, we kindly ask for written notification in all cases. Please understand that an early departure or a late arrival at the hotel will be treated as a cancellation. If we do not receive written notification, the total amount of the stay will be charged as a no-show fee.

Up to 28 days before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fee, except for Christmas and New Year's Eve, where free cancellation is only possible up to 30 days before arrival.

Within 28 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 80% of the total overnight price minus extras (half board). Paid cancellation fees will be credited back to you for a new booking within three months (valid only for private guests, not for groups or travel agency bookings).

If you want to reschedule your vacation, you can do so free of charge within three months, but please note that any price changes must be taken into account!

To completely avoid cancellation, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
