Your responsibilities at our in-house restaurant, Bio Gasthof Post

As the head of our kitchen team, you will join a passionate community dedicated to using high-quality ingredients to delight our hotel guests. The kitchen will be your domain, and you'll lead it with great dedication. With patience and empathy, you'll mentor apprentices to shape them into the best of the best. Our guests can enjoy either half board or à la carte dishes, all prepared by you and your team. Occasionally, we also host weddings or other events for outside guests, which you’ll cater for with equal passion. Just as you pour your heart into cooking, you'll also ensure a balanced selection at our breakfast buffet, because to you, our guests are just as central as they are to us. HACCP isn't a foreign concept to you; you know exactly how to store and source specific items like raw eggs. You’re someone who values the preparation of top-quality dishes and ensures that our guests leave not just satisfied, but truly happy.

It would be great if you have...

...a completed culinary training as a chef, with ample experience in leading a kitchen and a team.

Your responsibilities at our in-house restaurant, Bio Gasthof Post

You will be part of our hotel team and responsible for everything related to beverages in our establishment. You'll ensure that drinks like water, juices, beer, sodas, coffee, and tea are always well stocked, and you'll handle ordering these items from our suppliers. The beverage buffet will be your domain, and you'll ensure everything runs smoothly, keeping all machines and counters clean and well-maintained.

It would be great if you have...

...a completed vocational training in hospitality or hotel management, or previous experience working at a beverage buffet.
